    The battery turned out to be faulty and the company’s ‘warranty’ policy is rubbish

    The battery’s gone after 11 months. I asked about the supposed 24-month ‘warranty’ that comes with the battery, and they told me I had to provide a copy of the car’s technical specifications, the registration number, and a certificate from a mechanic confirming that the battery is faulty – before they’d even lift a finger to test it themselves.
