If there is no defect, the costs will be borne by the customer.

Motorcycle batteries have a 6-month warranty. You must: 1. Charge the battery with an external charger 2. Check with a mechanic if the fault is with the battery If the fault is confirmed, you must send us: - Signed warranty form - Confirmed collection address Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

As an online store, you must file your complaint with the consumer protection agency in your autonomous community or on the European platform if you reside outside of Spain. We are always willing to resolve any incident amicably.

Legal warranties depend on the product:
- Car batteries: 24 months
- Industrial batteries: 12 months
- Motorcycle batteries: 6 months

4. Technical Information on Batteries

Due to carrier regulations, the battery you received is not fully charged. This is common in battery transport for safety reasons.
It is important to note that batteries leave the factory with approximately 70% charge. The manufacturer recommends fully charging the battery before installation to ensure optimal performance and durability from the start.

In Varta's current production process, the polishing phase of the terminals has been omitted for some models.
For this reason, you may have received the battery with some surface marks on the terminals. This is normal and does not affect battery performance.

The position of the terminals is determined by looking at the battery from the front, with the terminals closest to you and always facing forward. to the body of the battery (not to the sides).
