    Used battery

    The battery came with the acid that should have been in its packaging tubes already poured into the battery – how long had it been in there? Why was the acid poured into the battery?

    Hello,<br /> <br /> Since 2021, there has been a European regulation prohibiting the distribution to end customers of batteries containing acid that has not yet been filled.<br /> <br /> For us, this is a real hassle, as it involves extra work and we supply hundreds of motorbike batteries every day. Every morning, as orders come in, they are processed. We’ve had this process automated for a few years now, as it would be impossible to manage otherwise.<br /> <br /> Here’s the link where we explain this – the one you had access to when you bought your battery.
