The solar inverter Phoenix Compact Inverter C 12/2000 belongs to Victron Energy´s Phoenix Compact Inverter product line.

The name of this inverter indicates that the voltage is 12V and the continuum power (non-linear) at 25°C is 2000VA. The AC power output socket is SCHUKO with a 230V output voltage. C stands for compact.

The Phoenix Compact Inverter Product Line, designed for professional use with Victron´s SinusMax technology, is suited for a wide range of applications.

The requirements of the design were to provide a pure sine wave inverter with improved efficiency but no performance sacrifice. Using hybrid HF technology, the outcome is a high-quality solar inverter with compact dimensions, low weight, and the ability to give power to any load without issues. 

The SinusMax technology is distinguished by its extremely high start-up power. Conventional high frequency technologies cannot match this level of performance. Phoenix  Compact Inverters, on the other hand, are well suited to powering up challenging loads like refrigeration compressors, electric motors, and similar equipment.

Power is virtually limitless due to the parallel and three-phase operation possibilities of the Victron Phoenix Inverters.

Please note that if you require an automatic transfer switch for your inverter, the MultiPlus inverter/charger is the most suitable option for you. The trasnfer switch is included in these items, and the MultiPlus charger function can always be disabled if required. Because the MultiPlus has a very short switchover time (less than 20 milliseconds), computers and other electronic equipment will continue to operate normally. 

The Phoenix Compact Inverters include a VE.Bus port. In order to connect it to your PC, all you need is the Victron´s MK3- USB VE.Bus to USB interface (optional, product not included in the price), so you can change the parameters with VictronConnect or the VEConfigure Software, which can be downloaded for free from Victron´s website. 

The inverters can also be linked to a GX device, such as the Cerbo GX and GX Touch display (optional, products not included in the price) for monitoring and control.
