Nominal energy is calculated as V × Ah. Usable energy and runtime depend on operating conditions, consumption and system losses.
Electronics on board.
Leisure power.
These INNPO 12.8 V batteries can also be used as leisure batteries in boats to power compatible electronic equipment.
Choose the capacity according to equipment operating hours and the expected time between charges, both under way and at anchor.
GPS and chartplotters
Count the operating hours of your navigation equipment.
VHF radio
Distinguish between receive and transmit consumption using the radio's specifications.

On mobile, swipe the table sideways. The 200Ah model shown measures 350 × 190 × 270 mm. Check each product page for BMS current limits, temperature limits and permitted connections.
Your battery.
On your phone too.
Check the status of your campervan, motorhome, boat or solar installation batteries over Bluetooth. Adjust settings and create alerts to avoid surprises.
Local connection within Bluetooth range. Readings depend on the BMS and app; this is not remote monitoring over the internet.
Three checks to choose well.
Calculate your daily energy
For a campervan, motorhome or boat, multiply each device's power by its operating hours. Count the energy needed between charges and allow for losses and reserve.
Measure the actual space
Check length, width and height. Allow room for terminals, wiring, mounting and access to connections.
Check how you will charge
Check the mains or shore-power charger, solar controller and any alternator charging. Confirm a LiFePO4 profile and voltage and current limits compatible with the model.
From consumption to battery choice.
To choose between 100, 150, 200 or 315Ah, start with the energy you need between charges. Working in Wh lets you add different devices and compare the four INNPO models.
| Equipment | Daily calculation | Energy |
|---|---|---|
| Compressor fridge | 40 W × 8 h of accumulated operating time | 320 Wh |
| LED lighting | 10 W × 5 h | 50 Wh |
| Water pump | 60 W × 0.25 h | 15 Wh |
| Laptop and chargers | 60 W × 2 h | 120 Wh |
| Example total | Excluding losses and additional loads | 505 Wh/day |
The fridge does not necessarily draw power for all 24 hours: effective running time depends on temperature, ventilation and use. Check measured consumption or its specifications.
Nominal energy is the starting point.
In this example, two days without recharging require 505 × 2 = 1010 Wh for the equipment. Then allow for losses, reserve and the battery's permitted discharge range.
The INNPO 100Ah model stores 1280 Wh nominal. That figure alone does not guarantee two days of runtime. The 150, 200 and 315Ah models offer more nominal energy, but must also fit the available space and charging system.
Compare energy and dimensions →For an estimate: hours ≈ usable Wh delivered to the equipment ÷ average W consumed. If you use an inverter, include its losses and own consumption. Actual runtime varies with the installation and operating conditions.
Capacity, space and charging:
all three need to fit.
Check the complete height
The selected 100 and 150Ah models are 190 mm high. For under-seat installation, also measure the base, terminals, cable route and access to the fuse. Case height alone does not establish compatibility with a specific vehicle.
More energy, a different installation
At 12.8 V, the INNPO 200Ah stores 2560 Wh and the 315Ah stores 4032 Wh nominal. Compare dimensions and current limits on each product page. Increasing Ah does not guarantee support for a more powerful inverter.
Check each device
Check the mains charger, MPPT solar controller profile and alternator charging through a suitable DC-DC charger. Use the voltage and current values specified for the exact model.

Frequently asked questions about LiFePO4.
Why are these 12 V batteries labelled 12.8 V?
In this INNPO LiFePO4 range, 12.8 V is the nominal voltage. The commercial 12 V designation alone does not validate a replacement: check your equipment's charging profile and electrical limits.
How much runtime will I get?
It depends on your loads and the usable energy available. Nominal Wh allow capacity comparisons but do not guarantee a specific number of operating hours.
Will my current charger work?
Only if its charging profile, voltage and current limits suit the specific battery. Also check the solar controller and alternator charging.
Can I use it to start the engine?
These models are presented for leisure power and storage. Starting use is only valid if expressly authorised by the manufacturer in the specific model's documentation.
Do all LiFePO4 batteries have Bluetooth?
No. The four main models selected here list Bluetooth on their product pages. Check the function and compatible app for each model.
Can I connect several batteries together?
Series or parallel connections depend on the model's limits and system design. Check the documentation and confirm the configuration before installation.
Can they be used as leisure batteries on a boat?
Yes, to power compatible electronics and other service loads. Check equipment voltage, BMS limits and the charging system. A leisure battery should not be confused with the engine-starting battery.
How can I recharge the leisure battery in port?
Use a charger with a LiFePO4 profile and voltage and current values compatible with the model. Also check any alternator or solar charging and confirm the complete installation before fitting.
