Everything was perfect
My experience has been very good
I ordered the battery on 06/02/26; it arrived with a broken handle. I had to fit it, but I reported the issue with a photo. On 12/02/26, they replied that they would send me another one, and it arrived today, 13/02/26 – very quickly. This one arrived in perfect condition, at 12.60 V; I’ve already fitted it and it’s working fine. On the day I made the complaint, I also rang them – they didn’t pick up – but they called me several times (the company name appeared on the caller ID) on the 10th and today; I couldn’t answer because of work. The customer service is very, very good – keep it up; I’d buy from you again. The only thing is that both batteries arrived with the box left open at the top.
TOO EARLY TO SAY
I bought it because my Varta batteries only last two years (I hardly ever drive the car) and this is the brand I use for my golf trolley, and it works really well for me. I suppose I should post a review about whether or not I’m happy with the battery once I’ve had it for a while.
