The Exide Premium EA640 is a 12V 64Ah battery with 640A cold cranking performance, developed for cars and vehicles with larger engines or demanding electrical equipment. Its high starting power supports fast, reliable starts, particularly in cold weather or when the vehicle uses several electrical consumers.

The Exide EA640 is intended for petrol or diesel vehicles requiring a 64Ah, 640A battery measuring 242 × 175 × 190mm. Before ordering, check that the reference, dimensions, polarity, terminal position and hold-down match the battery currently fitted.
Capacity and starting power alone do not guarantee compatibility. If the vehicle manufacturer specifies AGM or EFB technology for Start-Stop, it must not be replaced by a conventional flooded battery.
The battery is prepared in purpose-designed protective packaging to reduce the risk of impacts, scratches and other transport incidents. Appropriate protection helps avoid delays, replacement shipments and damage that could affect the product's condition or service life.
Our internal processes are supported by certified management systems:

Not when the manufacturer specifies AGM or EFB. The EA640 is a conventional flooded battery mainly intended for vehicles without Start-Stop.
No. Voltage, dimensions, polarity, terminal type and hold-down must also match.
It is the cold cranking current measured to the EN standard and influences the battery's ability to start the engine, especially in low temperatures.

Very good value for money
It lasted 5 years in a 2008 petrol Mini Cooper. I don’t think one from a different, more expensive make would last much longer. I’m buying another one to replace it.
Brilliant
Everything arrived in perfect condition, well-packaged, on time, and is working properly so far. Thank you!
The perfect drum kit – absolutely brilliant. The delivery, however, is not to be recommended.
The battery seems to be working perfectly. A great brand at an unbeatable price.
The PAACK delivery company, to be honest, is rubbish. I bought the battery late on a Friday, so they sent it on Monday, which is pretty standard.
You’re supposed to get it delivered within 24 hours, but they scheduled my delivery for Wednesday between 4 pm and 6 pm.
At 5.55 pm, I received an email saying the battery had been delivered. What?? I hadn’t received anything. As it was 6 pm, I couldn’t get in touch with bateriasonline, and trying to contact Paack was impossible. There wasn’t a single phone number to call to get an explanation. They leave you feeling anxious and there’s no one to give you an explanation. The chatbot they provide asks you questions automatically, and whatever you do, whenever it asks for your order number, it tells you it’s been delivered and ends the conversation (for want of a better word).
All in all, Bateriasonline are fine. The battery is brilliant. Paack are rubbish. Ultimately, those in charge are the ones responsible, so they’d better hire someone else, because these blokes are damaging their reputation.
In the end, after all that frustration, they delivered it at 7.30 pm – 1 hour and 30 minutes after they’d marked it as delivered. It’s not the time that’s the problem – it’s the uncertainty of what the hell has happened to something you’ve paid for but haven’t received.
I’m giving it 3 stars because of this. Otherwise, it would have been 5 stars – and I wish there were 10.
