Failure in logistics management

Although the product is the right one, the handling of the delivery has been disappointing. The parcel was out for delivery all day yesterday but wasn’t delivered, meaning my car was off the road for a day longer than expected. A battery shop ought to ensure more reliable delivery for urgent orders.
