Rigid 120W monocrystalline Back Contact solar panel with 20.96V maximum-power voltage, 5.73A current and MC4 connectors. Compact 1050 × 580 × 30mm format.
The rigid 120W monocrystalline solar panel with a black frame is a rigid 120W solar panel designed for photovoltaic systems where available space needs to be used efficiently. Its 1050 × 580 × 30mm dimensions make it suitable for off-grid systems, vehicles, boats and smaller solar projects, provided its electrical characteristics match the charge controller and the rest of the installation.
Under standard conditions, the module delivers 120W nominal power, a maximum-power voltage of 20.96V and a maximum-power current of 5.73A. Open-circuit voltage is 23.93V and short-circuit current is 6.08A. Before connection, check that the controller's PV input supports these values, paying particular attention to the open-circuit voltage.
The module combines an aluminium frame, glass, EVA encapsulation and a backsheet. Its junction box is rated at least IP67, and the panel includes 700mm, 2.5mm² cable with MC4 connectors. The stated operating-temperature range is −40 to +85°C.
When selecting the controller, protection devices and cable size, take into account the voltage, current and total panel configuration of the system.
Its compact format makes it suitable for motorhomes, caravans, campervans, boats, telecommunications equipment, cabins, off-grid homes and other photovoltaic systems where its dimensions and electrical values are appropriate.
The panel must not be connected directly to a battery. Use a solar charge controller compatible with its 23.93V open-circuit voltage, 6.08A short-circuit current, total installed power and battery voltage. It can be used in 12V or 24V systems through a correctly sized MPPT controller.
The 120W rating is the nominal power measured under standard test conditions. Actual production varies with sunlight, orientation, tilt, temperature, shading and system losses. Install it on a surface capable of supporting its dimensions and weight, using suitable mounts, correctly sized solar cable, electrical protection and the correct polarity.
Can it be connected directly to a battery? No. A compatible controller must be installed between the panel and the battery.
Is it a rigid panel? Yes. Its construction includes an aluminium frame, glass, EVA and a backsheet.
