Victron Phoenix 12/1200 230V VE.Direct IEC inverter
The Victron Phoenix 12/1200 VE.Direct IEC (PIN122121110) converts energy from a 12V battery into 230V pure sine-wave AC. It suits off-grid solar systems, motorhomes, boats and mobile installations powering electronics, lighting or tools within its rated limits.
It provides 1150W continuously at 25°C, 1000W at 40°C and a 1600W peak for 15 seconds. VE.Direct enables configuration and monitoring through VictronConnect with the appropriate interface or connection to a GX device. This version has an IEC-320 outlet and does not include a battery charger or automatic transfer switch.

Compatibility and selection
Check the continuous requirement and startup surge of the appliance. To use full output, Victron recommends 25mm² cable up to 1.5m or 35mm² between 1.5 and 3m, plus a suitably sized battery. Does it have built-in Bluetooth? No. Bluetooth requires the VE.Direct Bluetooth Smart dongle; alternatively use VE.Direct to USB or a compatible GX device.
Does it charge the battery from mains power? No. This is an inverter, not an inverter/charger. Choose a unit with charging and transfer functions if those are required.
