Victron's Compact EasyPlus C 12/1600-70/16 Inverter Charger - AC Transfer Switch and AC Distribution combines a powerful pure sine wave inverter with an advanced battery charger with a high-speed AC transfer switch and a AC distribution system, all in a small box. In addition to these fundamental capabilities, the Compact EasyPlus has a number of advanced features, listed below:

Output power can be increased by operating up to six Multis in parallel. The configuration of three units can be made for three-phase output in addition to parallel connection.

The maximum generator/ground current can be set using the Multi Control Panel. The Compact MultiPlus will then consider other AC loads and use any additional loads for the load, preventing overloading of the generator/ground supply.

The concept of PowerControl is extended by this function: the Compact EasyPlus inverter can increase the capacity of the substitute source thanks to it. When full power is only frequently needed for a short period of time, the MultiPlus Inverter Charger will ensure that any shortfall in shore power/generator power is immediately made up by battery power. The battery recharges using the additional energy when the load is reduced.

The Compact EasyPlus inverter charger provides the high starting power needed to start high starting loads, such as power tools, power converters for LED lamps or halogen lamps.

The power consumption of the inverter in off-load operation is reduced by approximately 70% when the search mode is activated. In this mode, the EasyPlus turns on every two seconds for a short time while in inverter mode and turns off when there is no load or a very light load. The inverter will continue to run even if the output current exceeds a predetermined threshold. Otherwise, the inverter will shut down again.

The programmable relay is initially configured as an alarm relay, which means it will turn off in the event of an alarm or pre-alarm (inverter almost too hot, input ripple almost too high, utility voltage battery almost too low).

The Compact EasyPlus Inverter Charger can be accessed remotely and settings can be changed using the Victron VRM (Victron Remote Management) website when the device is connected to the internet. It is necessary to install a Cerbo GX or a comparable GX device (optional, not included with the product) to connect to the Internet.
