A 5-star tip

The battery arrived on time but was slightly discharged (12.6). I had to charge it before fitting it. As a suggestion, you should check the voltage and not dispatch it if it’s below 12.9–13. It’s now fitted and working properly.

You should receive them all with a voltage of between 12.55–12.6 V. If you ever receive a VARTA battery with a voltage of 12.8–12.9 V, please return it immediately, as this is a sign that the battery has been in storage for a long time and the distributor has recharged it. We also recommend that you always make your purchase from an official shop or website listed on the manufacturer’s website, as is the case with us. There are many, many scams designed to deceive customers with imported products of dubious origin, those that have been in storage for a very long time, and so on… and buying through the official channel guarantees this transparency. Battery in poor condition

Good afternoon, the battery arrived yesterday at around 3.00 pm and today I went to fit it; when I took it out of the box, I saw that it was dented and leaking fluid, the cardboard box isn’t damaged at all, and the way the box is packed means you can’t see the damage until you take the battery out, I was unsure whether to buy the same battery from a high-street shop or from you; I bought it from you even though I’d have to leave the car off the road until it arrived, because I was saving about 40 euros by buying from you. In the end, I’ll just buy it from the shop. I can’t keep relying on people to lend me their car to get to work in the mornings and to my studies in the afternoons, and I realise I’ll have to send the battery back to you and wait to receive a replacement. I’d like you to refund my money so that I can buy a new one tomorrow and fit it straight away. I’ve attached some photos showing what the battery looks like. Best regards
