    The parcel delivery service is very poor.

    The battery, which was supposed to arrive within 24–48 hours, took 6 days to arrive. The tracking information was incorrect – it arrived at my home address whilst the status still showed it was ‘in transit’ – and there was no collection point. At least the battery arrived in one piece. Poor

    A good experience

    Both the order and the delivery were good and quick, which was just what I needed. I’ve had bad experiences on other websites, particularly with delivery – sometimes they arrive upside down, with all the risks that entails. Thanks, Baterias Online

    The battery’s fine, but the transport’s pretty awful

    The customer service and support helpline answers calls whenever they get round to it. That said, when you do get through to them, they do pay quite a lot of attention to you. The delivery companies they use caused me problems: one delivered a damaged battery (BateriasOnline sent me a replacement straight away) and the other was a week late even though it was already at the warehouse 10 km from my home, and there was no way to contact them via their website (they claimed they had no delivery drivers). Oh well. I’ll order from them again, but I hope I have better luck next time.
