I ordered this battery and they sent me one from a different brand with a different capacity. After waiting three days for it – when it’s supposed to arrive in one day – I was disappointed. I managed to get in touch with them and they sent me the correct battery the next day, which is why I’m giving it three stars rather than one.

UNACCEPTABLE: the Exide AGM Ready 12V 18Ah battery has not arrived
The transport agency has run out of battery, and we, the consumers, have to bear the consequences. If I treated my customers in the same way, I’d already be queuing at the jobcentre. Purchased on 18/02/2022 and today, 01/03/2022, it’s still in transit, and this company won’t even reply to emails or take responsibility for the loss; they refer me to MRW and MRW refer me to Baterías On Line…
