They don’t reply if there are any problems
The battery took over a week to arrive, even though it was marked as urgent (I’d paid for delivery that was supposed to take 24–48 hours), and they couldn’t offer me any solution. I missed a trip because of them, despite them assuring me it would arrive well in time, and when I asked for an explanation, they didn’t even reply to my email. I even offered to go and collect it from the agency myself, but to no avail. It’s better to pay a bit more and order it from somewhere else if you’re in a hurry.
