Device that allows to have a stable 12V or 24V direct current output from a variable 12V or 24V direct current source with a range between 10 – 30 V, of vehicles with intelligent alternator (regenerative braking, Euro engines 5 and Euro 6). It can be used as a 12V or 24V charger to charge auxiliary batteries.
