Good customer service
The first battery I bought from them gave me problems whilst it was still under warranty. I wrote to them and they replaced it with another one without any fuss, even arranging to collect the first one from my home. They were kind enough to send me one with a higher capacity, at no extra cost, even though the problem didn’t seem to be related to that. I’ve used the new one a couple of times now without any issues.
