    Mercedes SL 55 AMG auxiliary battery

    The service and handling were perfect, but when the courier delivered the battery, the box had tipped over and there was visible liquid seeping onto the cardboard and the battery itself. I contacted customer services. A very friendly lady (Cristina) dealt with me; I explained the situation to her and she told me there shouldn’t be any problem. I hope that’s the case, but if there is a problem, I’d like to be sure that a replacement is provided. neither the supplier nor the customer is at fault here; in this case, it is the courier company.
