Batteries VARTA V23GA Alkaline Special 12 V - 2 batteries

VARTA V23GA Alkaline Special: A23 / MN21 / LRV08, 12 V, 2 batteries. Non-rechargeable batteries for replacing depleted batteries in compatible devices. Choose by size, voltage and chemistry, and check the quantity you need before adding the product to your basket.

Benefits and applications

A special format for devices requiring this exact reference. It is not a replacement for a standard AA or AAA battery: the compartment and voltage must match.

The stated capacity is typical per battery, not the combined capacity of the pack. Actual battery life depends on consumption, temperature and discharge conditions; runtime cannot be guaranteed for every device.

Technical specifications

Cross references and equivalents

Size references to help identify a replacement. They do not imply equal capacity or runtime across brands. Also check the device’s voltage, chemistry, dimensions and contacts.

Choosing the correct battery

Do not mix new and used batteries or different chemistries in the same device. Replace the set as directed by the manual and observe the + and − markings in the compartment.

The code or a confirmed equivalent, voltage and battery compartment must match. If unsure, send us a photograph of the original battery and compartment.

Frequently asked questions

Can it be recharged?

No. This is a single-use primary battery and must not be put in a charger.

Is the price for one battery or the pack?

2 batteries. The listed price applies to the complete set specified on this page. The purchase quantity multiplies that whole pack.

What if I do not know the reference?

Check the code on the original battery or your device manual. If uncertain, send us a photograph of the battery and holder so we can help identify the format.

Keep new and used batteries out of children’s reach. Avoid short circuits and take used batteries to a suitable collection point.
