Can it be connected in series?
Yes. Connecting identical batteries in series adds their voltage while the Ah capacity remains unchanged. All batteries should be the same model, age and state of charge.

EUT terminal and battery-bank configuration
This model is also searched as Trojan T105. The version we supply is fitted with the EUT (Embedded Universal Terminal), a versatile bolted connection that makes cable adaptation easier. Use suitable cable lugs, apply 11–12 Nm and do not overtighten.
4 identical batteries connected in series provide a 24V, 225Ah bank; 8 units provide 48V and 225Ah. Series connection increases voltage while Ah capacity remains unchanged.
