150W N-type TOPCon semi-flexible solar panel with a lightweight 2 mm design, 3.1 kg net weight, 900 mm cables with MC4 connectors and a junction box rated ≥IP67. A white-finish photovoltaic solution for motorhomes, campervans, boats and mobile or off-grid installations.
This 150W semi-flexible TOPCon solar panel is designed for installations where weight, thickness and easy integration are important. Measuring 1294 × 610 × 2 mm and weighing 3.1 kg net, it can provide solar generation where a rigid module may be less practical.
Its 150W output, 900 mm cables with MC4 connectors and junction box rated at least IP67 make it suitable for motorhomes, campervans, boats, vehicles, auxiliary systems and small off-grid installations.
It is a practical option when a lightweight, low-profile panel is required in a limited space. The semi-flexible format helps with installation on vehicle roofs, boats and gently curved surfaces.
The 150W output can support leisure batteries, small auxiliary electrical systems and moderate loads when used with a compatible charge controller and correctly sized battery.
N-type TOPCon technology uses passivated-contact cells designed to improve electrical performance compared with conventional technologies. It provides useful solar generation in a compact, lightweight format.
The CPC / EVA / backsheet construction combines an outer protective layer, EVA encapsulation and a supporting rear layer to reduce weight and thickness.
A semi-flexible panel is not rollable. It can follow a gentle curve but must not be sharply bent or twisted, as forced installation may cause microcracks and reduce performance.
The panel uses MC4 connectors and can work with PWM or MPPT controllers that accept its open-circuit voltage, short-circuit current and total installed power.
Always confirm compatibility against the controller specifications. Never connect the panel directly to a battery.
Install the panel on a clean, stable surface compatible with the chosen fixing method. Avoid constant partial shade, sharp edges, standing water and areas subject to repeated flexing.
Allow sufficient ventilation where possible. Do not force the panel onto a surface that deforms while the vehicle is moving.
Orientation and angle affect production. Avoid shadows from aerials, rooflights, racks, masts and accessories.
Always use a compatible solar charge controller to adapt the generated energy to the battery charge profile.
For AGM, GEL, flooded lead-acid or LiFePO4 batteries, configure the controller according to the battery manufacturer’s instructions.
Store the panel in a dry, clean place protected from impacts. Do not store it folded, under pressure or with weight on top.
Protect the MC4 connectors and cables from moisture, dirt and pulling. Inspect the surface, connections and junction box before installation.
Heat can reduce operating voltage, while cold conditions can increase open-circuit voltage. The declared operating range is −20°C to +65°C.
With several panels, particularly in series, calculate maximum voltage at low temperature so that the controller limit is not exceeded.
Actual production depends on orientation, angle, sunlight, season, cleanliness and shading. Nominal power is measured under favourable test conditions.
