Varta LCD DUAL TECH CHARGER

Rechargeable battery charger with dual NiMH and Li-Ion technology, it has an LCD screen to display the charge, modes and remaining time. The charger incorporates a USB connection to charge external devices such as mobile phones and tablets.

Features

The charger has several operating and safety features that make it very complete. We highlight:

• The LCD screen shows the voltage, current in mAh and time in minutes for each charge position.
• Integra for Ni-MH 4 modes: charge, discharge, capacity test and restart.
• Use the minus delta v method to optimize charging, this method takes advantage of the slight reduction in battery voltage when it is fully charged. The maintenance charge function prevents self-discharge of rechargeable batteries.
• It is protected against defective, short-circuited, alkaline batteries, also against reverse polarity by placing the battery upside down, against excessive battery temperature when charging and timer, to avoid damaging the charger itself.
• Automatically detects Li-ION batteries to charge them to their proper voltage. It allows adapting the charging current for high capacity batteries. Different types of combined batteries can be charged. It also incorporates a 5V 1A USB port for charging external devices.
